Key Responsibilities

- Conduct site surveys and assess site readiness for solar installations.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of solar systems and identify technical issues.
- Visit customer and project sites as required for inspections and technical support.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, technicians, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain site survey reports, photographs, checklists, and other project-related documentation.
- Monitor site progress and report issues or delays to the concerned team.
- Ensure site activities follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support the technical and operations teams in resolving site-related concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in solar energy, rooftop solar, or electrical site work is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
