About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Choice Broking. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our financial products and services, and generating quality leads and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Explain Choice Broking’s products and services in a clear and skilled manner.

* Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

* Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.

* Follow up with leads regularly and work towards achieving sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

* Address basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolution.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.

* Follow company policies,



compliance requirements, and approved communication scripts.

Candidate Requirements

* Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.

* Freshers and candidates with telecalling, telesales, or financial-services experience can apply.

* Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and comfortable using computers.

* Ability to handle rejection positively and work in a target-oriented environment.

* Prior knowledge of stock market, mutual funds, or financial products will be an added advantage.
