About the Role :

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing & LinkedIn Growth Specialist to build our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth through LinkedIn, content marketing, digital campaigns, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop LinkedIn growth strategies for company and leadership profiles.
- Create engaging posts, carousels, case studies, and thought-leadership content.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and targeted outreach.
- Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and opportunities for account-based marketing (ABM).
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email.
- Use AI tools and marketing automation to improve productivity and lead generation.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and customer pain points.
- Track campaign performance, qualified leads, meetings, conversions, and marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to convert leads into business opportunities.

Required Skills:





- 2–5 years of B2B marketing and lead-generation experience.
- Solid LinkedIn marketing, prospecting, and social-selling skills.
- Excellent English writing, copywriting, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B prospecting tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Apollo, HubSpot, and automation platforms.
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, Telecom, or AI is preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Qualified leads and sales meetings generated.
- Relevant LinkedIn audience growth and engagement.
- Marketing-sourced pipeline and conversions.
- Website traffic, campaign ROI, and cost per qualified lead.
