? Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve insurance sales targets.
- Promote insurance policies and packages to potential customers.

and onboard insurance advisors and employees.
- Build, train, and coordinate the sales team.
- Guide team members to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on sales leads.
- Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Travel locally for client meetings and business development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience in insurance sales, marketing, or team management.
- Positive understanding of insurance products and policy sales.
- Strong communication, recruitment, and team coordination skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month
- Incentives: ₹15,000+ based on performance
- Salary depends on skills and experience.
