We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to support our B2B wholesale sarees business. The primary focus is accurate billing, invoice generation, dispatch documentation, and maintaining clean records in our accounting/ERP system (TallyPrime preferred).

You will work closely with the sales, accounts, and warehouse/dispatch teams to ensure timely and error-free order processing and shipment of sarees to retailers and distributors.

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, filtering, sorting) and MS Word.

• Good typing speed with accuracy.

• Basic understanding of GST invoicing, e-way bills, and billing processes.

• Knowledge of TallyPrime (or similar accounting software) is highly preferred; willingness to learn is essential.

• Valuable communication and coordination skills for interacting with internal teams and transporters.

• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
