Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome guests, share menu details, take orders, and answer questions.

• Food and Drink Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and other drinks, or assist kitchen teams with light food prep.

• Serving: Deliver food and beverages to tables or counter pick-up areas quickly and politely.

• Cash Handling: Process cash and digital card payments using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

• Cleanliness: Explicit used plates, wipe down tables, wash dishes, and sanitize workstations and equipment.

• Inventory: Track stock levels for items like coffee beans, milk, and cups to prevent shortages
