- Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily farm operations, property maintenance, and landscaping.
- Lead ground staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operational expenses.
- Ensure the pottery studio and experience areas are event-ready.
- Coordinate venue bookings, event setups, catering, and service teams.
- Ensure excellent guest experiences and timely resolution of complaints.
- Monitor pest control,



maintenance schedules, and operational reports.
- Candidate ProfileExperience in farm operations, hospitality, resort management, or facility management will be preferred.
- Robust team management and coordination skills.
- Practical, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable managing outdoor operations and working at a farm property.
