Job Overview Arvion Infotech is looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates for the Banking Sales Executive role. The candidate will be responsible for promoting banking products and services, engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

- Key Responsibilities Promote banking products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Communicate with customers to understand their banking needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain performance records.




- Build positive customer relationships and ensure professional communication.
- Follow applicable banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass, Diploma, or 10th Pass with a 2-year ITI certification.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and comprehension skills.
- English Proficiency: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Language Requirements:
- Hindi and English, or
- Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

- Pronunciation: Clear and effective communication with minimal mother-tongue influence (MTI).
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
- Sales Skills: Customer engagement, persuasion, and negotiation skills are preferred.
