Job Profile/ Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of financial transactions for the e-commerce platform, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports using Tally.
- Reconcile daily sales and transactions from the e-commerce platform with financial records.
- Support the finance team during tax preparation and audits.
- Tracking Dispatch orders and Returns
- Maintaining Monthly Sales Reports and Share with CA.
- Daily Invoices entry in Tally, Have a knowledge of Tally
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Maintaining bill Book & Ledger
- Familiar With E-commerce Seller Portals Like- Bijnis, Solvb2b, Ajio, India Mart.
- keep books and maintaining all office records
