Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented B2B Telecaller to connect with businesses, generate leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential B2B clients and generate business leads.
- Introduce EdHike’s education and lead-generation services to businesses.
- Identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to convert leads into clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and B2B sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
