Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily body shop operations, including denting, painting, and accident repairs.
- Supervise technicians, denters, painters, and other workshop staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality repair work.
- Monitor job cards, repair estimates, insurance claims, and vehicle progress.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and service advisors.
- Maintain productivity, labour efficiency, and workshop profitability.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, paint materials, and spare parts.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
- Follow safety standards and manufacturer repair procedures.
- Monitor monthly targets, revenue, and operational performance.
