We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, and chutneys.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Manage ingredients and kitchen inventory efficiently.
- Handle food preparation during busy service hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a South Indian Cook.
- Knowledge of South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen.
- Good hygiene practices and teamwork skills.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.
