Active Little Minds is a leading Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre in Gurgaon led by Dr. Srishti Tripathi (PT). We provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy & Early Intervention for children with special needs.

*Position:* Front Desk Receptionist / Centre Coordinator

*Vacancies:* 2

*Salary:* 15k - 20k per month (as per experience & interview) + Incentives

*Timings:* 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | 6 Days Working (Roaster off)

*Location:* Gurgaon - Must be flexible for Sec-23

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. *Front Desk & Parent Handling:* Greet parents & children warmly, manage enquiries, handle walk-ins & calls professionally.

2. *Appointment & Schedule Management:* Schedule therapy sessions for PT, OT, Speech, coordinate with therapists for daily roster & ensure no clash.

3. *Billing & Payments:* Manage daily billing, package renewals, fee collection, and maintain payment records.

*Calls & WhatsApp:* Handle all centre calls, WhatsApp enquiries, follow-ups with parents for regular attendance.

5. *Documentation:* Maintain child files, attendance registers, daily enquiry sheet & Google sheets.

6. *Centre Management:* Ensure therapy rooms are clean & ready, assist therapists when needed, maintain discipline at centre.

7. *Reporting:* Daily reporting to management regarding enquiries, conversions, collections & feedback.

*Requirements:*

- Graduate in any stream (Preference for candidates with experience in clinic/hospital/school front desk)

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

- Must be comfortable with children & parents

- Basic computer knowledge - MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp

- Punctual, presentable, polite and well-organized

- Local candidate from Gurgaon preferred
