Position: Architect / Architectural Approval Executive

Qualification: B.Arch

Experience: 1–3 Years preferred

Location: Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and modify architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Handle GHMC, HMDA, and BuildNow building permission applications.
- Upload drawings and documents to online approval portals.
- Verify sale deeds, link documents, ECs, market values, and plot areas.
- Check building setbacks, parking, and applicable building regulations.
- Review scrutiny remarks and make necessary corrections to drawings and applications.
- Coordinate with clients and approval authorities regarding building permissions.
- Maintain project-wise approval documents and records.

Required Skills:

- B.Arch qualification.
- Knowledge of GHMC, HMDA, and BuildNow approval procedures.
- Practical experience in online application uploading.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Positive documentation and coordination skills.

Position: Accounts & Billing Executive

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: 0–2 Years preferred

Location: Hyderabad





Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare client invoices, quotations, and bills.
- Maintain daily income, expenditure, and payment records.
- Track client payments, outstanding balances, and pending dues.
- Maintain project-wise accounts and financial documentation.
- Handle purchase bills, expense vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Maintain Excel sheets for billing, collections, expenses, and salary records.
- Assist with bank transactions, account reconciliation, and basic accounting activities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal staff regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical office records.

Required Skills:

- B.Com / M.Com qualification.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Accuracy in calculations, record keeping, and documentation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
