Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Payroll Executive / Senior Executive – Payroll & HR Generalist to manage the complete payroll process, attendance management, and statutory compliance using GreytHR.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete payroll cycle, from attendance validation to monthly salary processing.
- Handle attendance, leave, shift management, and attendance regularisation in GreytHR.
- Verify attendance records, overtime, loss of pay (LOP), incentives, and other salary inputs.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
- Handle PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare salary statements, payslips, payroll reports, and bank salary statements.
- Manage employee joining formalities, employee records, and HR documentation.




- Handle full and final settlements, salary revisions, and payroll-related employee queries.
- Support HR generalist activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Required SkillsMandatory hands-on experience in GreytHR payroll and attendance modules.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and payroll reporting.
- Ability to manage employee data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility CriteriaMBA in HR or a relevant specialisation.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Chennai-based candidates preferred.
- Male candidates as per the specified hiring requirement.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
