### Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to generate business enquiries and support the sales team through telephone calls and customer follow-ups. The candidate will contact potential and existing customers, introduce our glass products, identify sales opportunities and help convert enquiries into orders.

### Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, builders, architects, contractors, fabricators and other businesses.

- Introduce the company's toughened glass and related products.

- Contact existing customers to encourage repeat orders and maintain business relationships.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending customer decisions.

- Identify potential customers and arrange meetings or site visits for the sales team.

- Maintain an updated database of customer names, contact numbers,



enquiries and follow-up dates.

- Share product information, quotations and company details through WhatsApp when appropriate.

- Record call outcomes and prepare daily call and enquiry reports.

- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to convert leads into business.

- Communicate professionally and maintain a customer-friendly approach.

### Candidate Requirements

- Minimum education: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

- Prior telemarketing, telesales, customer service or sales experience is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.

- Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel and WhatsApp.

- Ability to speak Telugu and basic English; Hindi knowledge is an advantage.

- Confidence in making regular outbound calls and following up consistently.

### Salary

₹25,000 per month, based on suitability and experience.
