- Operate CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Set up tools and workpieces as per instructions.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine operations and maintain product quality.
- Identify machining defects and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Follow safety procedures and production targets.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
