Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Collection Associates for field collection and recovery activities.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments and loan recoveries.
- Handle field collection for personal loans, credit cards, commercial vehicle loans, and other unsecured retail loans.
- Visit customers and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of field collection experience.
- Experience in personal loan, credit card, commercial vehicle, or other unsecured retail loan collections.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
