Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive – Back Office
Location: Pune
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical); MBA preferred
Job Description:
- Manage customer inquiries, sales orders, and order bookings.
- Prepare quotations, pre-invoices, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records, project folders, and enquiry sheets.
- Handle spare parts and AMC management, including quotations, PO follow-ups, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Create sales orders in SAP and coordinate for technical and commercial approvals.
- Monitor project budgets, pending orders, and provide regular customer updates.
Required Skills: Valuable communication, MS Excel, documentation, coordination, and SAP knowledge.
