Vistaar Realty Co. is a residential rental brokerage based in Vadodara. We help property owners lease their flats, villas and independent houses, and help tenants find homes that suit their needs. We are building a young, driven team to grow with us.

-Role Overview

As a Property Acquisition Executive, you will source residential properties for rent across Vadodara and build lasting relationships with property owners. This is a field-based role suited to candidates who enjoy meeting people and want hands-on experience in real estate.

-Key Responsibilities

- Identify residential properties available for rent in assigned areas through field visits, society networks and local contacts
- Meet property owners, present Vistaar Realty Co.'s services and secure property listings
- Collect accurate property details and photographs as per company standards
- Update the property listing database daily




- Maintain regular contact with property owners until their properties are leased
- Coordinate with the founding team to share new listings promptly

-Requirements

- Graduate or final-year student in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome; experience in field sales, real estate or business development is an advantage
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence (mandatory)
- Fluency in spoken Hindi (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, photography, spreadsheets)
- Familiarity with Gotri, Sevasi, Vasna, Bhayli, Sama, Harni or Waghodia Road is preferred
