Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective customers/leads
- Explain company services clearly and generate customer interest
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into potential business
- Maintain call records and update lead status
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive customer experience

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in Telecalling, Outbound Calling, Telesales or Inside Sales preferred
- Robust verbal communication in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Comfortable making frequent outbound calls
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn can also apply
