Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and financial products.
- Explain loan eligibility, features, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate business leads.
- Collect basic customer details required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the sales and banking teams for application processing.
- Maintain daily calling reports and follow up with customers regularly.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English/Hindi preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and computers.
- Candidates with telecalling, sales, banking, or financial services experience are preferred.
- Good convincing skills and a positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed monthly salary: ₹15000 To ₹30000
