About the CompanyGlitz Hospitality is a growing hotel, villa and resort management company providing hospitality operations, online hotel listing management, booking support and hotel partner services.

We are looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and hardworking Female Back Office Executive to join our Samastipur office.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Listing Management: Create, update and maintain hotel, villa and resort listings on online travel platforms.
2. Account Management: Manage hotel accounts and update property details, rates, availability and booking information.
3. Guest Support: Handle guest queries, booking-related concerns and complaints through phone, WhatsApp and email.
4. Hotel Partner Support: Coordinate with hotel partners and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
5. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update Excel sheets and prepare daily reports.

Booking Coordination: Assist with reservation confirmations, modifications and cancellations.
7. Back Office Operations: Support the operations team with administrative tasks and regular follow-ups.

- Basic RequirementsBasic English reading, writing and communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Ability to use email and WhatsApp professionally.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
