. ASM (Area Sales Manager):

Target: 12,000 Active Merchants/Month (Manage10 BDLs)

Salary: ₹38,000/Month (₹34k Base + ₹4k Allowance) + Incentives

Exp: 4-5 Yrs (Fintech preferred)

2. BDL / Team Leader (TL):

Target: 2,000 Active Merchants/Month (Manage 20-25 FSEs)

Salary: ₹28,000/Month (₹25k Base + ₹3k Allowance)

Exp: 2+ Yrs in team handling

3. FSE (Field Sales Executive):

Target: 150 Active Merchants/Month

Salary: ₹22,500/Month (₹19,500k Base + ₹3k Allowance)
