Talent Acquisition Executive – Food Processing & Dairy

Company: Maa Reva Vedic Food / Reva Commodity Broker

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Rudransh Warehouse Hub, New Unit Block 1, Rapadiya )

Experience: 2–5 years in recruitment (non-IT )

Salary: ₹16,000–₹20,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and capability

Accommodation: Available for Outstation candidate.

Maa Reva is a growing food manufacturing and dairy business operating across multiple locations. We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, commercial, and factory-level positions.

The candidate must be comfortable hiring for food processing, dairy, FMCG, manufacturing, and blue-collar operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from job posting to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, local networks, ITIs, colleges, and relevant industry contacts.
- Recruit for QA/QC, dairy laboratory, production, accounts, purchase, logistics, administration, and factory-worker positions.
- Maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for urgent and recurring vacancies.
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer letters, joining formalities, and follow-ups.

2. Technical & Industry Hiring

- Understand basic job requirements for dairy processing, food manufacturing, quality control, laboratory operations, production, and packaging.
- Screen candidates based on relevant industry experience, technical qualifications, salary expectations, and stability.
- Source experienced dairy professionals and food technologists rather than forwarding unfiltered CVs.

3. Blue-Collar Recruitment

- Hire operators, helpers, packaging workers, machine operators, and other factory staff.
- Develop contacts with local recruitment networks, ITIs, industrial areas,



and worker referral sources.
- Coordinate joining, documentation, and replacement candidates when required.

4. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

- Maintain a daily recruitment tracker covering vacancies, candidates sourced, shortlisted profiles, interviews, offers, joining dates, and recruitment costs.
- Submit a weekly hiring report to management.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Track candidate retention and reasons for offer rejection or non-joining.
- Obtain management approval before committing to salary offers or recruitment expenditure.

1. Initial Hiring Priorities QA/QC Executive – Dairy and Food Processing
2. Accountant – Manufacturing / GST / Inventory
3. Dairy Laboratory Assistant
4. Dairy Production In-charge / Production Supervisor
5. Factory operators, helpers, and packaging staff
6. Other urgent technical and operational vacancies as assigned

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline; equivalent recruitment experience may be considered.
- 2–4 years of practical recruitment experience.
- Food, dairy, FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial recruitment experience preferred.
- Valuable communication, follow-up, negotiation, and candidate-screening skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a growing company with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Must be target-oriented, organised, and capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Must have vehicle, since our factory is located at Rudransh Warehouse Hub, Rapadiya, Bagroda Road 2 km from Katara Hills Nayara Petrol Pump

Performance Expectations

Performance will be reviewed after the first 30, 60, and 90 days against agreed hiring targets, candidate quality, joining rates, recruitment costs, and reporting discipline.
