Role Overview

The Data Entry Operator plays a crucial role in our business operations by accurately entering and managing data related to orders and dispatches. This position supports the efficiency of our processes and ensures that all information is up-to-date and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter orders, dispatch details, packing lists, attendance,



and other data into specified sheets or forms, following the required format.

- Upload order PDFs and update the status in the order management system.

- Verify data entries against source documents to identify and correct errors or duplicates.

- Maintain daily trackers and registers, ensuring they are current and accurate.

- Organize and save documents and PDFs with proper naming conventions.

- Report any missing, unclear, or mismatched data to the MIS person without making unauthorized changes.

- Provide a brief end-of-day summary of data entered and pending items.
