Experience: 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development / Counselling
We are looking for a high-energy, target-oriented Sales Manager who can take complete ownership of converting enquiries into paid bookings and admissions.
You will handle enquiries for two major business verticals:
1. Bridal Makeup Services
2. Makeup Academy & Courses
This is a sales and conversion role, not a back-office coordination job.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right service/course.
- Convert bridal makeup enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Counsel prospective students and convert academy enquiries into admissions.
- Follow up systematically with interested and pending leads.
- Handle price and other customer objections confidently.
- Explain packages, courses, offers and payment options.
- Schedule consultations, demos and orientation sessions where required.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Track every lead from enquiry to final conversion.
- Coordinate with the bridal and academy teams after a successful sale.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- What We Are Looking For2–5 years of proven experience in sales, counselling, inside sales or business development.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent Hindi communication; comfortable with English.
- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM and basic computer tools.
- Target-oriented and commercially minded.
- Confident, energetic and proactive personality.
- Experience in beauty, salon, academy, education, hospitality, luxury services or a similar customer-facing business will be an advantage.
What This Role Is NOTThis is not a receptionist or general coordination position.
We are looking for someone who can take a lead, have a meaningful conversation, follow up, overcome objections and CLOSE the sale.
