Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist potential locations for new QSR outlets.
- Explore high streets, standalone stores, food courts, and commercial areas.
- Analyze customer footfall and movement at shortlisted locations.
- Understand the customer profile, target audience, and consumer behaviour in each location.
- Assess location visibility, accessibility, and overall business potential.
- Collect site photographs, videos, rental details, and relevant market information.
- Prepare location assessment reports and submit recommendations to the management team.

Candidate Requirements

- Good knowledge of Chennai’s commercial areas and neighbourhoods.
- Robust observation, communication, and market research skills.
- Willingness to travel across Chennai for location visits.
- Ability to assess customer demographics and commercial viability.
- Experience in QSR expansion, retail leasing, real estate, or field research will be an added advantage.
