We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainee – Banking & Loans to join our team. The role involves understanding and promoting banking and loan products, generating leads, acquiring new customers, handling customer queries, and recommending suitable financial solutions. The candidate will assist customers throughout the loan application process, including eligibility assessment, documentation, KYC, verification, and disbursement, while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, sales and negotiation abilities, and a strong interest in banking and financial services. The candidate should be target-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable with follow-ups and basic MS Excel/CRM tools. Graduates and freshers from B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA, Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in banking, NBFC, sales, or financial services are also welcome.
