Location: Navi Mumbai

Education: 12th Pass (HSC) / Undergraduates / Graduates

Available Roles:

1. Customer Care Executive: Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality service support.
2. Sales Executive (Telecalling): Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain product features, and drive conversions/targets.
3. Collections Executive: Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiate payment timelines, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

- Decent to excellent communication skills (English and local languages).
- Basic computer knowledge and phone etiquette.
- Performance-driven mindset for Sales and Collections roles.
