Job Description – Telecaller / Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Call potential customers on Facebook and Instagram leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company products clearly.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with customers for order confirmation and delivery.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and sales reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader to improve sales performance.
- Maintain skilled communication and good customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and performance, plus incentives as per company policy.
