What the role owns:

• Kit and vehicle loan documentation — collect, verify, submit, close gaps

• Loan follow-ups with partners and lenders through to disbursement

• Vehicle purchase and rental — availability, agreements, deposits, allocation, handover

• Issue closure — delayed deliveries, rental renewals, replacements, returns, deposit refunds

• Partner-wise tracker with status, owner and closure date; escalate anything blocking readines
