- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, job postings, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit for the role.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to keep them informed about current opportunities and build a pipeline of future hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, including headhunting techniques for hard-to-find skills.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external ones (candidates).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
