- Process international voice processes for various clients across different time zones.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in an International BPO environment with expertise in technical voice processing (TSP).
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
