Role & Role SummaryAs a Painting Trainer, you will be responsible for setting up and managing NoBrokers dedicated painting training facility. Your primary objective is to onboard recent painting contractors/gig-partners and transform them into highly skilled, tech-savvy, and customer-centric service execution experts. You will ensure all painters strictly adhere to NoBroker’s quality standards, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). [1, 2, 3] Key Information

Key Responsibilities1. Onboarding & Fundamental Technical Training

- Design and execute comprehensive multi-day training programs for newly registered painting partners and contractors. [1, 2]
- Deliver hands-on training on surface preparation, putty application, priming, and flawless finish techniques for interior, exterior, and texture painting.
- Educate partners on product technicalities across leading brands like Asian Paints, Berger, Nerolac, and Dulux (e.g., dilution ratios, drying times, and coverage area).

2. Tech-Enabled Tools & Process Adherence





- Train partners on using advanced operational equipment, including laser distance measurers, moisture meters, high-efficiency mechanical sanders, and airless sprayers.
- Familiarize partners with the NoBroker Partner Mobile App for updating daily job milestones, uploading before/after photos, and closing consumer tickets.
- Enforce absolute compliance regarding on-site property protection, including masking processes (using plastic sheets and masking tape) and post-job cleanup. [

3. Behavioral & Soft Skills Training

- Conduct workshops on professional customer service alignment, hygiene checks, and site manners.
- Train painters on how to handle client complaints, explain color shade variances, and represent the brand professionally on-site.

4. Quality Audits & Capability Building

- Conduct field inspections and random quality audits at active painting sites to ensure what was taught in the facility is practiced on the job.
- Identify low-performing painting partners based on customer ratings and roll out mandatory Refresher Training Programs to bridge the capability gap. responsibilities
