- Prepare design development drawings, including working drawings, details, and specifications.
- Develop construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential interior projects.
- Create 3D models and renderings using Vray or similar rendering engines to visualize designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in architecture or related field (residential interior projects).
- Diploma/B.Tech degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray; knowledge of other CAD software an added advantage.
