• Keep accurate records of treatments, clinical outcomes, and client testimonials.

• Guide, train, and mentor support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

• Adhere to the company's brand standards and clinical protocols at all times.

• Participate in client counselling and educate clients about hair and skin treatments, enabling them to make informed decisions.
