Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Configure recent desktops, install operating systems (Windows), and perform basic networking tasks.

- Troubleshoot printers, Outlook configuration, and other peripherals related issues.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as disk space monitoring, backup verification, and antivirus updates.

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
