- Roles and responsibilities:

- Lead the agency sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for general insurance products (health, motor, property, etc.).
- Drive the growth of revenue by expanding the customer base and increasing the policy portfolio of existing clients through agency distribution
- Identify and target recent markets, areas, and opportunities for business acquisition through the agency network and focus on maintaining a balance of high-quality business while driving profitability by ensuring that the sales process is both efficient and customer centric.
- Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition through the agency network, while focusing on increasing customer retention and policy renewals
- Ensure Relationship Managers maintain regular contact with Agents & customers and provide superior customer service to enhance loyalty and Collect feedback from customers via agents to ensure that service delivery meets expectations and address any service-related issues or concerns
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new agents,



ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to sell the full range of general insurance products
- Set clear goals and expectations for the Relationship Manager team, monitor individual and team performance, and conduct regular performance reviews
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents, helping them to improve their sales techniques, product knowledge, and overall performance.
- Ensure agents are following internal processes, including underwriting guidelines, documentation, and regulatory requirements and Streamline sales processes and reduce bottlenecks to improve efficiency in closing sales and servicing policies.
- Adherence to all trainings as assigned by the organization

Job Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in agency development or similar role within the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing strategic partnerships with insurance agencies.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and services offered by various companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
