- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting customer needs.
- Lead a team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase retail liabilities, CASA sales, insurance sales, mutual funds sales, and other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of service quality.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years' experience in retail banking or related field.
- Strong knowledge of branch handling, branch management, branch sales, casa sales, insurance sales, liability products (including mortgages), mutual funds sales.
- Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams for better results.
