Role & responsibilities

upervise and monitor all on-site construction activities for residential and/or commercial building projects.

Ensure execution of work as per structural and architectural drawings.

Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of construction.

Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory management at site.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and work updates.

Assist in planning and scheduling of construction activities to meet deadlines.

Identify and resolve technical issues arising at the site in coordination with senior engineers/consultants.





Maintain daily site records, attendance of labor, and work progress documentation.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants for smooth execution.

Ensure discipline, safety, and proper work practices at the site.

Communicate project updates and challenges to management in a timely manner.

Manage on-site coordination between multiple contractors and teams.

Ensure timely reporting of delays, risks, or material shortages.
