Job Description Executive / Sr. Executive HR (Talent Acquisition, Induction & Onboarding)

Experience: 3-6 Years (Manufacturing preferred)

Role Purpose
To manage the complete Talent Acquisition, Induction & Onboarding lifecycle by ensuring
timely hiring, a structured joining experience, and effective integration of new employees
into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (60%)
Handle end-to-end recruitment from manpower requisition to offer release.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus
hiring.
Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical/management
interviews.
Negotiate salary, issue offer letters, and ensure timely joining.
Maintain recruitment MIS, TAT, pipeline, and vacancy status reports.
Build talent pools for critical manufacturing and corporate positions.





Induction & Onboarding (30%)
Plan and coordinate the induction schedule for all recent joiners.
Ensure completion of joining documentation, HRMS entry, and employee file
creation.
Collect feedback from new employees and respective managers during onboarding.

HR Coordination (10%)
Maintain recruitment and onboarding records.
Coordinate with IT, Admin, Payroll, and Departments for seamless employee
onboarding.
Support employer branding, campus relations, and employee referral initiatives

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding.
Experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
Good communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel, and recruitment portals.
