Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Growth Manager Supply to drive the acquisition and onboarding of property owners and landlords. The role involves identifying potential property owners, building relationships, explaining Helium Homes' services, negotiating and closing agreements, and expanding the company's property supply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current property owners and landlords.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, online research, and other channels.
- Connect with property owners, understand their requirements, and explain Helium Homes' services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close rental/service agreements.
- Drive property onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Conduct local market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.




- Achieve assigned acquisition, onboarding, and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for property onboarding and issue resolution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 14 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Field Sales, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in real estate, rental services, property management, or landlord acquisition will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into successful acquisitions.
