? Job Description

1. Collect overdue payments from customers on behalf of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

2. Follow up with customers regarding pending loan repayments.

3. Visit customers at their locations to recover outstanding dues.

4. Maintain regular communication with customers and provide payment reminders.

5.



Handle delinquent accounts professionally and achieve collection targets.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer visits and collection activities.

✅ Required Skills

Good communication skills in the local language.

Negotiation and convincing skills.

Willingness to travel for field visits.

Basic knowledge of collection and recovery processes.

Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence.
