Job Description
HR Manager – Key Responsibilities,
Ø Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes
Ø Handle payroll processing, salary disbursement, deductions, and statutory compliance
Ø Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
Ø Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflicts professionally
Ø Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
Ø Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulations
Ø Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations
Ø Oversee employee records, HR documentation, and reports
Ø Coordinate training and development programs
Ø Manage employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
Ø Ensure workplace discipline, ethics, health, and safety standards
Ø Act as a bridge between management and employees for effective communication
