Position: Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Promote and market Castrol products in the assigned territory.

- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, mechanics, and customers.

- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

- Visit the market regularly and generate current business opportunities.

- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.

- Submit daily market visit and sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, Paints, or Lubricant industry preferred.

- 12th Pass qualification.

- Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) mandatory.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹17,500 Net Take-Home (NTH)

- TA: ₹220/day
