About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to manage on-ground event execution, including signage, merchandise arrangement, and printing coordination. The candidate should be comfortable traveling across India for events and activations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute signage installation and branding at event venues
- Arrange and display merchandise as per brand guidelines
- Coordinate printing work (banners, standees, flex, brochures, etc.) with vendors and ensure timely delivery
- Handle vendor management, quality checks, and cost negotiation
- Travel PAN India for event setup, execution, and dismantling




- Coordinate with the internal team and clients to ensure smooth event delivery
- Maintain records of event material, inventory, and expenses

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in events, BTL activations, branding, or exhibitions (freshers with relevant interest may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of printing materials and signage work
- Must be willing and comfortable to travel PAN India
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle in office pressure
- Graduate in any discipline (Event Management background preferred)
