· Order Processing: Receive, review, and formally register incoming customer orders for transformers and components.

· Quotation Management: Prepare and submit accurate techno-commercial quotations to clients based on their technical requirements and pricing guidelines.

· Leads Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to follow up on submitted quotations, resolve queries, and secure order closures.

· Internal Coordination: Work closely with the factory production, quality, and planning teams to track order progress and manufacturing timelines.

· Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate with the factory dispatch team and logistics partners to ensure timely packaging, document preparation, and final shipment

delivery.

· Client Updates: Serve as the primary office point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates regarding their order status and dispatch schedules.

· Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inquiries, quotations, pending orders, and dispatch logs in the company system.
