Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding courses, explain program details, follow up with enquiries, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
- Handle incoming enquiries, calls, and walk-in prospects.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain student records, lead data, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate documentation and assist students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.




- Provide professional customer service and maintain positive relationships with students.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, educational counselling, or sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Strong follow-up, lead management, and target-achievement abilities.
- Positive attitude and qualified behaviour.
