Internal Sales Coordinator :

1) Handle incoming customer inquiries from phone calls and emails.

2) Support the sales team by managing back-office administration, processing orders, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate customer data.

3) Enter, check, and track sales orders from initial intake through final delivery.

4) Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, shipping, and accounting teams to confirm stock availability, dispatch dates, and billing accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel for data tracking and reporting).

Working Knowledge in ZOHO.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.
